Davis Diamonds Gymnastics’ tuition is a monthly fee based on how many hours per week your child / children are working out. The fees are based on a four week month.

Please read our payment policies carefully.

• The class tuition is due the 25th of the preceding month.
• You are not guaranteed a space in the class unless you pay by the 25th   of the preceding month, except between August and September. If there is a wait list for your child’s class, spots are filled on the 26th of the month.
• A $5.00 per child “early bird” discount will be given if tuition is paid by the 15th of the preceding month. The early bird discount does not apply in prorated months.
• A $5.00 late fee will apply after the 5th of the month.
• After twelve consecutive months of full tuition, you will receive a credit of $15.00 on your account.
• December is a 3-week session so tuition will be 75% this month, except for Girls and Boys Levels 4 and above. 
• If you are going on vacation, and let us know ahead of time, we will reduce your tuition by 25%, except for Girls and Boys Levels 4 and above.
• Your child is entitled to one make up per month in a class of the same level for JO levels 1-3.  Call before your make up so we can be sure there is room and so we can notify the teacher. All other classes can make up one missed class at Breakfast Bunch/Lunch Bunch or Open Gym.
• The membership fee includes a supplementary insurance for your child.It lasts for 12 months. This member ship gives you $5.00 off on Parent’s Night Out, $5.00 off on day camps and $3.00 on open gym, and $2.00 off Breakfast Bunch/ Lunch Bunch.

Payment Methods:
You can pay tuition, or any other service, at our front desk, by mail or over the phone. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
